target market profile
The seafront residential and hotel development will be part of
a larger 4.7 acre development project in the Budva region of
Montenegro. The residential development will include 161 high-end
residential units and will become prime real estate for the luxury
leisure and tourism market for visitors and high-end investor
clientele.
The site will have a hotel,
which will be the premier location for visitors to Budva and, as
the site boasts prime waterfront placement affording it views of
the Adriatic Sea to the south and mountain landscapes to the
north.
Within the larger footprint of the
land parcel, the Adriatic Project has secured a joint venture
partner that will construct a convention centre and exhibit hall.
This will not affect the glorious views of the Adriatic or of the
mountainous region behind Budva. With more than 30 conventions
expected annually, the convention centre and hotel will both
benefit from the relationship afforded by such close proximity of
uses. The hotel will become the preferred location for thousands of
guests of the convention centre during the slower winter months,
while the booming summer season will boost business for the
convention centre and related facilities, with comparisons being
made of the similar offering in Cannes and other Southern French
cities.
The seafront property will host a
180 room luxury hotel with beach access, a private beach club,
casino, conference facilities, restaurants, night clubs, retail
space, and much more. In partnering with Wyndham, the largest hotel
operator of hotels in the world and with top class restaurant, and
club operators, our goal is to attract a high-end leisure and
business clientele from across the world and to become the premier
place to stay not just in Budva, but along the whole of the
Adriatic coastline.
Partners in the various
Partnerships that are operational will be able to enjoy attractive
returns, not only in the revenue of the hotel operation but also
from the proceeds of sales from the luxury residential
property.
