The developer is close to securing a 25 year Hotel Management
Agreement with the Wyndham Hotel Group from the operational start
date, with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 5 years
thereafter. The Wyndham Hotel Group will operate the hotel and
brand the residential apartments under the CHI Hotels and Resorts
(CHI) arm of the business. The Wyndham Hotel Group, part of the
Wyndham Worldwide family of companies, encompasses nearly 7,200
hotels and nearly 606,000 rooms in 65 countries under 12 brands
Wyndham employ CHI in Europe to manage and operate all of their
hotels on their behalf.
Based in Malta, CHI Hotels and
Resorts (CHI) is a leading hands-on hotel management company that
provides the full range of technical assistance and management
services to hotel owners worldwide. CHI is the exclusive operator
and developer for the luxury Corinthia Hotels brand as well as the
Wyndham and Ramada Plaza brands in Europe, Africa and The Middle
East
